DAY 1, Arrive in Rome

DAY 2, Rome
Discover Rome your own way on a Hop-On-Hop-Off tour. There are 9 stops along the way. You decide which sights you want to visit (entrance fees not included.) There is an English-speaking host on the coach to answer questions. The total duration of the tour if you do not get off the coach is appoximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Coaches depart Termini Station every 25 minutes.

DAY 3, Rome
Full day on your own to explore this amazing city. Hosts can provide ideas for things to see and do.

DAY 4, Rome to Florence via railRest of the day at leisure in Florence.

DAY 5, Florence
Your sightseeing tour with a local guide includes views of Giotto's Bell Tower, the Baptistery and the Cathedral. Then visit the Galleria dell'Accadmia*, where you can admire Michelangelo's David. The tour ends in the museum. Please note that the Galleria dell'Academia is closed on Mondays and will be replaced by the Bargello Museum or te Medici Chapels.

DAY 6, Wednesday - Train from Florence to Venice
Rest of the day at leisure in Venice.

DAY 7,Venice
Take a walking tour with a local guide. See St. Mark's Square and Basilica, the Doge's Palace and the Bell Tower. Also visit a glass-blowing factory.

DAY 8, Depart Venice

The hotels included in the price are superior tourist class. You can upgrade to 4 and 5 star, or go with the lowest available price quoted here.
